Book release "The Present and Future of Cork Oak in Portugal”. Edited by Margarida Oliveira (iBET/ITQB), Nelson Saibo (ITQB), Célia Miguel (iBET), José António Mato (INRB) and Luis Gil (LNEG). The book approaches the topics presented and discussed during the workshop that took place in October 2011 (www.ibet.pt/newsDetail.php?id=n4e92ed0cbccd0) bringing conclusions and recommendations to this important sector in national economy. The book release cerimony was held at "Obsevatório do Sobreiro e da Cortiça", and sponsored by the Coruche´s City Hall, among others. This cerimony is also part of the 1st celebration of the Fascination of Plants Day.
