Biography
I work as Senior Scientist in the Translational Immunology Lab, since November 2023. My research areas are cell therapy and human immunology, with a main focus in cancer immunotherapy.
My special interests include genetic modification of immune cells (T cells, NK cells), phenotypic characterization of effector immune cells, and developing experimental assays to assess potency of genetically modified immune cells. I have expertise in several immunology techniques, namely flow cytometry, ELISA, ELISPOT, cell culture, genetic modification of immune cells (CAR, TCR) using retro and lentivirus. In addition, I have experience in clinical trials, processing patient samples and creation of biobanks.
I hold a PhD in Immunology from the University of Oslo (2017). Previously, I worked as research engineer at the Department of Cancer Immunology, Oslo University hospital and later as Senior Scientist at Zelluna Immunotherapy AS Oslo.
