The first meeting of the Business Advisory Board (BAB) of iBET’s Food & Health Division, took place last November 5th 2020.
This Board gathers business managers and representatives from agrifood and cosmetic sectors, aiming to contribute to the development of Food & Health Division, reinforcing links and partnerships and a more updated vision concerning market trends and business needs. Food&Health Division activities and two project results from researcher’s participation in a training and capacity building programme were presented: BioValue platform of services and LessSalt project.
BAB members, applying and sharing their knowledge and experience in different domains, including wine, olive oil, fruits&vegetables, cosmetics, algae or from retail, promoted a valuable debate, enabling to identify new opportunities for R&D projects and activities, collaboration models and funding priorities.
