Macau Science and Technology Government Representatives visited iBET
A delegation from the Science and Technology Development Fund of Macau visited iBET on 5th December.
This visit, part of a broader mission to establish contacts with various Portuguese institutions, aimed to get to know iBET and explore potential collaborations with institutions in Macau.
Patrícia Alves, Lab Head and UniMS Scientific Coordinator at iBET, and Ana Amaral, Head of External Affairs, hosted Dr Che Weng Keong, President of the Administration Council of the Science and Technology Development Fund of Macao, technician Wong Sing Long, and Lei Chon Kit, Head of the Technology Industry Promotion Division – Economy and Technological Development Services of Macau.
After an introduction to iBET's R&D activities, the guests visited iBET’s Late-Stage R&D and Bioproduction Unit and some of the laboratories of iBET Biofarma building.
With this successful visit, we wish to keep strengthening good relationships between Portugal and Macau.
