MICROBIOTEC ‘2013 Best Poster Presentation Awarded to Vanessa Pereira

The Best Poster Presentation Award in the Environmental Microbiology and Biotechnology Session of the MICROBIOTEC’13 congress was awarded to Vanessa J. Pereira from the Microbiology of Man Made Environments Laboratory.
The work entitled "Fungiwatch: Benefits and Hurdles Associated with the Presence of Fungi in Water” (authors: V.J. Pereira, B.R. Oliveira, M.J. Benoliel, R.A. Samson, M.T. Barreto Crespo), was financed by Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia through the grant PTDC/AAC-AMB/108303/2008 and the fellowship BPD/26990/2006.
