Hansjörg Hauser

My role is to coordinate the establishment and integration of the Translational Immunology Lab at the iBET.

Before, I worked as a molecular biologist in the area of innate immunology of viral infections and in translational research for the development of recombinant proteins as well as gene and cell therapeutics. My career as a scientist brought me to the Universities of Stuttgart and Konstanz, the Max-Planck- Institute for Molecular Genetics, Berlin, the German Cancer Research Center, Heidelberg and to MRC, London. At the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research I assumed leading positions.
