Biography
Holger Ottleben is a senior biopharma executive with more than twenty years of experience across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and health tech sectors.
He served as General Manager and Head of Corporate Strategy at Boehringer Ingelheim and previously worked as a core member of the health care practice of Boston Consulting. In these roles, he was instrumental in developing and implementing multiple R&D, clinical development as well as therapeutic area strategies. In addition, he had operational responsibility along the entire biopharma value chain.
He is co-founder of a drug discovery biotech company and board member or chair of several European VC backed preclinical as well as clinical stage biotech and health tech companies and serves as an advisor to a Venture Fund. He brings deep operational and entrepreneurial expertise.
Dr. Holger holds a diploma degree in Biochemistry from the Leibniz University Hannover and a Ph.D. from the Schiller University Jena, Germany
