Teresa Crespo, head of the Food Safety and Microbiology Lab at iBET, was interviewed by Antena 1 Radio, for the program 90 Seconds of Science, where she talked about the FCT-funded project BarcodingPTPlants, which aims to characterize teas and herbal mixtures using molecular biology techniques.
