On April 7-8th, the iBET Biopharma division held its annual strategic retreat at Convento da Arrábida.
This two-day event gathered iBET’s Laboratory Heads and several senior scientists from the division to reflect on the institute’s 2024 achievements and challenges.
Our scientists also debated scientific priorities, ensuring alignment with key industry trends and current R&D demands. As a result of the meeting, several action steps were defined to support the institute in achieving its strategic goals for 2025 and set the foundation for long-term objectives.
