iBETMove Supports Social Solidarity Institution APOIO
iBET visits APOIO and supports local community in Oeiras
iBETMove, our employee sports and wellbeing initiative, has donated €1,000 to the social solidarity institution APOIO in Oeiras.
This contribution is a direct result of the enthusiastic participation of our iBETMove community. Every time an employee joins a sports activity through iBETMove or enjoys a relaxing massage session, a portion of the participation fee goes towards supporting a local solidarity cause each year.
Insightful Visit to APOIO
On March 26th, iBETMove Coordinators (Maria João Sebastião and Fernanda Spínola), alongside People & Culture team members (Tânia Costa and Sara Rebelo), had the pleasure of visiting APOIO. João Manuel Corage and Rui Eloy warmly welcomed them and provided an overview of the association’s impactful projects and facilities.
APOIO has played a vital role in the Oeiras community for over 35 years. They offer crucial support through their:
- Senior day centers
- Home support services for seniors
- Daycare center and nursery
- Social Canteen
- Diverse multidisciplinary activities for seniors
